Pediatric Resident Stipend Rates (2026-2027)

• PGY-1: $63,723.67 annually/$5,310.36 monthly

• PGY-2: $66,105.08 annually/$5,508.76 monthly

• PGY-3: $68,239.50 annually/$5,686.63 monthly

• PGY-4: $71,322.28 annually/$5,943.52 monthly (listed for Child Neurology and Med/Peds residents)

• PGY-5: $74,779.06 annually/$6,231.59 monthly (listed for Child Neurology residents)
